Orca Xtreme Button
Dual Button Patented Self-Locking Technology
Compatible with:
- #3-4 Suture
- 2.0mm suture tape

ORCA Flipper
Fluoroscopy Window
The Flipper device includes a small cut on its side. As metal appears solid in xrays, other products appear just as rods without showing the position of the button.
The small window shows the button’s position, allowing the surgeon to see where the button currently is and in what position will the orca flip.

Mechanism
The Flipper works on an easy mechanism. With a push, the rod inside the instrument pushes the button outside

Screwless | Self Locking | Patient Specific – smaller tunnel | User-Friendly
Tendon to Tunnel Match
As shown in the previous explanations, the ORCA and its flipper require a hole that is 4.25mm to pass. Significantly less than most tendons will require for bicortical repair. Therefore, the size of the Unicortical hole ends up depending on the size of the tendon.
Screw-based fixation tends to only use one size
(8mm for one competitor).
This also removes bone material around the radial tuberosity, encouraging fractures.

User Friendly
The ORCA is a self-locking button. Once it flips into place, the ORCA locks down and prevents the suture from backing out of the 4.3mm hole. This means the arm can be extended to the surgeons’ discretion.
Other, knot-based systems require the surgeon to keep the arm in the same position until the construct is secured. This increases the difficulty of the repair.
